"Disappointed once again. The property is either falling apart or problems aren't actually being fixed. We pay quite a lot of money and yet, we still don't have A/C because of some ongoing issue. Funny enough, I'm pretty sure we still pay for it because it's not individual metered, so if half the community has it and runs it, you still pay even if you don't have it. We're moving out in a couple months because between having no hot water at times, an ongoing ant problem because out basement apartment is most likely infested with them in the walls (which never actually gets addressed, just bandaid fixes) and now no A/C, we will pay more for a nicer place where the utilities actually work. I've met some nice people in the office, so that's a plus. But the property just has wayyyy too many problems and it feels like we live in a sketchy dorm, not an apartment for adults."
