"We stayed here for one night in a Studio Room. The studio was spacious and looked like the one-bedroom suites, just without the wall for separation. As far as appliances we only used the fridge and it worked fine. The bed was comfortable and the tv has a button for Netflix. Before we left we grabbed breakfast which is included. I hoped for waffles but this location didn't have a waffle iron that I saw. The eggs were decent, typical, I had a sausage patty, and toast. There's also oatmeal, cereal, juices, pastries, fruit, and coffee. There are comfortable booths in the dining area with TVs, though we did not see remotes to turn them on. We came off a side street I guess so there was a quick right into the back parking lot which you can enter without a key. The staff was pleasant and it was convenient to the Eagle Bank Arena where we were going for a comedy show."
"Very comfortable hotel. Room was large with full kitchen and big TV. The shower is amazing, very high pressure and the a/c is nice and cold."
"I often put up visiting friends and family here when no space in my place. It's a good place for singles, couples, and even families. There are better prices to be had, and some of the rooms would benefit from a bit more attention. The breakfast is better than most suite hotels, and the staff is helpful. You need a car to get beyond a few chain restaurants (Denny's and Red Lobster) or the Amazon Fresh buffet."
"Even though this property is older, it was super comfortable. Shout out to the breakfast lady, who greeted everyone, was on top of everything, and kept everything super clean. Would def stay here again!"
"I had the pleasure of staying at the Residence in Fairfax during a family event, and I must say, this newly renovated gem exceeded my expectations. The compact yet well-equipped gym featured a Peleton, weights, treadmills, and even a rope, ensuring a satisfying workout experience. Overall, every penny spent on this stay was absolutely worth it. Bonus! There’s a laundry room on the same floor as the gym. The lobby exudes a warm and modern ambiance, offering inviting nooks for dining or productive work sessions."
