"We are first time pool owners and knew we wanted a low maintenance pool. The folks at Blue Ridge were easy to work with and helped answer all of our questions. We ended up going with a San Juan fiberglass pool with an auto cover. Our pool was completed last spring and we have been pleased with Blue Ridge Pools. During the installation we worked with Brad and he was great at communicating with us throughout the exciting but sometimes stressful process."

"I contracted Blue Ridge Pool & Spas to replace my 20 year old in-ground pool liner in 2021 and had nothing but problems for the first two years when opening the pool. Last year, 2022 the liner had pulled away from the side. This year, 2023 the liner was not only pulling away it had pushed up the padding and wrinkled one whole side from one end to the other. A 5 year warranty was included in the contract and Stan Shifflett, owner states he “speculates” the problem was caused by ground water with no evidence and after a mild winter with no snow and so little rain in the area that it is in a drought condition. He refused to honor the warranty and charged $800 to reset the liner and in less than 30 days after the repairs were made the liner is pulling away again. After seeking to have the latest problem fixed, an email reply I received was that there will be no more service until balance is paid and the warranty is now voided. So the expectation is to pay, when the problem(s) had not been resolved and still under warranty? I am not the only customer who has experienced this style of service. Their reviews on Facebook is 2.8 and have customers as far back as 2015 with similar experience as I’ve had. I strongly recommend you DO NOT use Blue Ridge Pool & Spas as evidence of the photos will show the quality of their work!"

"We've been a customer for about five years. Our in ground fiberglass pool construction and installation was stressful due to the general nature of a large construction project and a number and variety of delays. However, we are very pleased with the end product. Since then, we've used Blue Ridge Pools to open and close our pool each season, perform water testing and analysis, and trouble shoot water flow and salt generator issues on-site. They have also performed ad hoc pool cleaning services while we were on vacation. Stan, Cindy, Robin and Brad have been good to us, available to consult and responsive to our needs."

"We've been very devoted fans of Stan, Cindy and Robyn for years now. We use them routinely for opening and closing our pool seasonally, for products as needed as well as advice and water testing. Blue Ridge also did a wholesale vinyl liner replacement 7-8 years ago and replaced our pump and filter several years ago. Both larger jobs were done professionally, promptly, as promised on schedule and with great results at what we felt were reasonable costs. They have been fun to work with and very personable and helped us out last year during the chlorine crisis, largely because we had forged a personal relationship. They are a comparatively small outfit and sometimes that can affect availability and timeliness, but when the worst thing I can think to say is that they are sometimes too busy, that is hardly a serious complaint. They are good folks, doing good work in a great community. We'd recommend them highly for any pool or spa related needs you might have."
