"The worst customer service I have every had! The rate was discounted through gosplitty. I showed it to the check in staff. No customer service skills here. She said I had to book through gosplitty. I asked for help from her to book the room. She helped somewhat. I was booked for April 1 not October 31. She called the manager. They would not assist in changing the booking date. I left, may have lost $$ on the deal. Rude staff, or management Went across the street for food and 5 police cars pulled up to the place."
"Have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. It's a clean room with a hot shower. It is about time to put some money into renovation, as it is starting to show deterioration. It's a vintage place so hope they do some much needed upgrades."
"No hot water in the shower. Tub & tub wall dirty & stained. Homeless man looked thru our window at night & was right outside our door next morning. Front desk clerk said "oh yea, we know him, he hangs around here a lot". Food & dining area left a lot to ne desired. Stayed somewhere different opposite direction that was wonderful & paid same exact price. Shop around!!!"
"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Staunton. The rooms are relatively clean but are dated. But for the money it's what you would expect. The staff and all round feel about the place is one of, everyone just going about their business, I have nothing bad to say about this place."
"My room was absolutely nasty the floors were gross hadn't been moped in months, the bathrooms were gross and they have painted the tubs so you can even take a bath for the paint peeling off. The pool was great and clean. But someone needs to clean the rooms. The comforter had white stains on it not sure what they were but I had a idea. I won't stay there again"
