"I have tried and tried to give this place a shot, because I want to support local businesses. On my most recent visit (and my last unless things improve dramatically), I left my office to grab a quick lunch and ordered pickup/drive-thru. It wasn't ready on time, and I had to wait almost 20 minutes. When I got the order, it was a dried-out chicken quesadilla with no cheese. They never mentioned that they didn't have chips; they just didn't put them in the bag with my queso, and I had to go back to find out. The customer service is severely lacking, and they’re always out of something on the menu. Save yourself the trouble and go to Chicano Boy downtown (which I love), or drive 15 minutes east to the Waynesboro Chipotle."
"This was my first visit to Chipotle. Overall, it was great. My chicken in my tacos was well seasoned. The only reason I took one star away is because the fryer was broken, so I could not get chips. Overall, it was fine."
"The place is dead at 5 PM. Food is old they’re out of steak chicken. The beans look disgusting overall not impressed with this location. I ended up not ordering and walked out."
"Went in this evening at 9, store closes at 10, doors were locked. Another customer knew one of the workers (apparently the manager on duty) and knocked on the door to find out why they were locked. The “manager” replied “why you think we’re closed.” We pointed out that they closed at 10 and were reluctantly let in to order. The manager made the other customers order and was loud disrespectful and obnoxious the entire time. Repeatedly making comments about being closed and knowing what a locked door means. The bowls he served the other customer were filthy and covered in sour cream. Luckily for me, another worker made my order and was polite. Other than being out of fajita veggies the bowl was fine. Even the man cleaning up the grill area was kind and carried on a conversation while I waited. The manager was a jerk, period."
"I don’t know what went wrong to the other customers, I see bad reviews but I definitely recommend this place. The quality of the food is really good. Location is amazing, just 1 min drive from the exit I-81. The sit out is really good with decent view. Highly recommend, for the food, location especially for lunch time."
