"Road trip home during the thanksgiving weekend. I called four locations on our route and they were all booked. Comfort suites had a couple of rooms left and the front desk encourage me to make the reservation before it books online. The front desk staff was very courteous, patient, and helpful. We checked in after midnight very easily. The beds (double queen room) were comfortable and the room and bathroom clean. Complimentary hot breakfast was served and the kids (toddlers x2) loved it. The morning staff at the front desk and in the dining area were all very kind. Highly recommend this place need to take a break from a long drive."
"The Staff at Comfort Suites went above and beyond for me to surprise my wife for our anniversary. We had a group of 18, and it was no problem having all of us stay right around each other. We go to the Creeper Trail every year and have always stayed here. And always will Thank you to Jamie Arnold for pulling this off with such short notice. We will see you next year!"
"Clean room, quiet outside and inside, plenty of parking, we booked short notice. Breakfast was great. Front desk person was polite and checked us in quickly. Stayed on a Friday night. Could not hear the freeway or the outside parking lot or street. Always were quiet. The fan was on the room when we got there so it was nice and fresh. We leave the fan on constant all night just so we don't hear anybody walking down the hallways or doors closing as is sometimes found at hotels. This worked perfectly. We would stay here again when traveling through."
"They welcomed 47 members of our AARP Travel group yesterday. The staff, cleanliness, and our room were fantastic. They provided a nice breakfast in a clean meeting room. We will return here on our way home. I highly recommend this hotel."
