"They were always nice and polite and rooms were clean when I stayed there and I didn't see any roaches the times we stayed there but its been a few years ago and it was $50 a night back then so idk how much it cost now and I was thinking about coming to stay and go to flea markets but if they have roaches ill stay somewhere else"

"Bathrooms need updating but the rooms are clean, comfortable, & cheap. Beds are really kinda awesome. Location is convenient to just about anything in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's not really anything more you can ask."

"Very reasonable rates, rooms were bug free(which I LOVED), clean, quaint & extremely friendly staff. It is located conveniently across the road from a grocery store, a Dollar General & several gas stations are all within eye sight. There's some beautiful scenery & a large lovely farm nearby. I will stay here any & every time I visit Abingdon!"

"Would give zero stars if I could. We've been here since May 11, 2016. In the beginning it was a ok place to live. But since Aug. it's been horrible. One saturday, in sept. I woke up & to banging on my door. It was pria, because I wouldn't have my rent until a few later that day, she turned the breaker off to my air. It was a really hot day. Since then, it's got really bad. My son & I can't get sheets, towels, or bathroom tissue because she won't give them to us. The weekend of halloween, in saturday, she turned the breaker off agaim. I had no heat all day saturday, that night or sun. I called the police because it's against the law to do that. When an officer came, they told him it was a """faulty"" breaker. It wasnt, she turned it off so I wouldn't have heat or air. Day before yesterday, nov. 8, it was really cold. They called the police on me & my 16 yr old son, to come evict us over $ 90!!!! There were about 8 or 9 washington co. Deputy cars in the parking lot. But under the va code 55- 248. 5 ..... it says that if you've lived in a hotel/ motel for more than 90 days, you fall under the landlord/ tenact law. Which is the code above. Alot of people do not know this. I didn't know this until a friend told me to look it up last week. They turned the breaker off again to our heat on Tuesday & it was extremely cold. It took until almost midnight before they turned it on so we'd have heat. All these people care about is mmoney. They don't care to put somebody out on the street, in the cold with no where to go. I had friends that offered to pay the rest of my rent & they refused. They said they wanted us gone. These people really dnot need to be in the hotel business. I would never have the heart to do that to somebody, especially if they have been in a place as long as my son & I have been here. They also opened a package I received on Tuesday & went thru it. Nothing was taken, but that's not the point. ...t was NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS what was in that package. So beware of this place"
