Pivot PT - Suffolk (Harbour View)

"The Pivot PT conveyed zero interest and enthusiasm which was obvious during a very minimal assessment. The Pivot PT took couple RoM measurements and had me perform two exercises and each time he just left the room. That indicated he was not interested in the accuracy when I executed my exercise. That was my first and last appointment. I switched to Ivy Rehab for PT and there was a world of difference. The Ivy Rehab PT was interested in my goals of getting back on the tennis court and had me perform several movements to determine baseline abilities. In comparison,. I suspect the Pivot PT is really good with patients who are in their 80s or 90s but not suited for younger active clients such as myself."

"Did not even do what the Physician orders were...had me doing exercises instead, ...THAT caused more pain and injury! These exercises were NOT ordered... Order was for dry needling. Still charged my insurance and me for things not ordered. I have copies of the order."
