"We see the staff and doctors here frequently between sick visits and med checks. They have all been courteous and warm towards us. So glad to have found them!"

"I've been taking my son to this office for the past 7 years. His recent office visit at the Eastern location, was April 5, 2019. I took him in for a follow up for allergies. He was seen by Dr. Deweerd, our first visit with her. My son advised her his head, throat, and stomach was hurting. She advised it's from his throat being inflamed and draining causing those symptoms. She then prescribed allergy medicine. Although he had a bad chronic like cough, in which she heard and stated it's from the allergies. I asked if he needed antibiotics for the inflammation to help cure it and she stated it wouldn't help due to inflammation and to use the allergy medicine to clear up the issue. In turn, we traveled out of town and my son stated his head was hurting really bad as well as his stomach. I followed the doctors orders and gave him his medicine as indicated. The next day, Saturday he was really sluggish and the medicine nor abuterol was providing relief. He felt very warm and out of tune so I took him to the emergency room where he was diagnosed with a fever of 103 and pneumonia. I feel the doctor could have done more during our office visit and should have found the same diagnosis if she had properly treated/diagnosed my son and not just going with a diagnoses of the naked eye. As he told her of his pains, and it's documented he has breathing problems, an xray should have been done or he should have been sent somewhere to have one performed. This is the second time he has been misdiagnosed from this location and I'm very disappointed with the low level of care your staff has for their pediatric population. My son could have had seizure or even possibly died due to the high fever, let along walking around with pneumonia with me thinking he's having an allergy outbreak. As parents, we entrust the medical staff to provide quality of care and relief to our children and lately, this practice hasn't been doing neither. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to this office. I reached out the office manager a week ago and she's has yet to follow up with me. I would highly recommend using a more PEDIATRIC FRIENDLY PRACTICE TO care for your children."

"Our children have been patients of Dr. Chun and Dr. Tull for three years now and they have been helpful, caring, and kind. They also listen extraordinarily well. When our insurance changed, we called for our records and they had them to us within the hour. Unlike some practices, the bills are easy to read and understand. Simply put, they are consummate professionals, and they are highly recommended."

"I had a great experience with an on-call nurse there who answers your calls and is responsive. She was dedicated and passionate. However, we immediately left this practice, this week, after giving it too many tries with our three kids mainly bc of Carolyn Harwicke, you'd think she's still practicing medicine in the 20th century. We like Dr. Jon Marks, however we couldn't get in to see him and got stuck with Harwicke, now we know why she had an opening every time. We have also heard that Dr Tull is great so don't mean to say anything negative about Dr tull or dr marks. Don't see Wanda Rivadeneira nor Hympha Dalgado, Out-of-touch. The doctors are great but these nurse practitioners are not."

"I left there in 2010 after going there my hole life my kids went my siblings went even my mother and then my pediatrician retired they picked up this dumb ditsy ass doctor forgot her name my mother constantly request that we not get her on days that are doc and nurse practitioner couldn't see us she was terable she would constantly try to override ENY specialist that we were seeing messing up are prescriptions to the point that Medicaid refuse to pay for them because she wanted to write Rx that only the specialist were allowed to write us she could only write but so much because she was a primery care doc not only that when I turned 17 this chick tried to convince me indirectly to abort my son wile I had no parent with me then asked me to call my mother and stood in front of the door until I did so and would let me out the room ( like I wouldn't tell her or something)? Then turned her nose up at my son every time we had to see her so I tried to keep my mouth shut when I was around her so when we saw her again she asked me did I want my children? That was my last straw a practice my family went to are interested lives ended right there"
