"The receptionist is very hostile, had a problem rescheduling my appointments but I’m using workers comp and had to fight with them but she didn’t know that so she acted like doing her job is inconvenient to her. I was put on a nerve block and asked if they were familiar with CRPS, the condition I have, and she acted like I was dumb for asking that question. Overall not a pleasant person at all… get a new receptionist."

"Located in a little strip mall, not much to look at, but the staff and facilities are solid. Was involved in a car accident and needed to do some PT on my neck. So glad I got paired up with Katrina, she is the bomb! Very knowledgeable, competent and caring. Lots of personality and so easy to work with. She is also fantastic with dry needling. Even though it's small place, they get the most out of it. If you need some PT done, I can't recommend this place enough!"

But once l started interacting with the staff and receiving instructions, it was evident that they knew what they were doing. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have had many physical therapy sessions at other locations, including when l served in the Military and never had this type of positive progress.
