"We had a very unsatisfactory experience here from August-October 2023. Clients deserve better that what this location is offering- inconsistent scheduling, inexperienced therapists, and unprofessional attitudes from front desk staff. Center director is clearly in over her head as well. Certainly nothing like the other former Fleming locations in Fredericksburg and Stafford. All of this made for a very stressful experience and we wasted months of valuable time due to their overall incompetence. Edit: As for the response below, I had raised concerns and given feedback to staff and the center director on multiple occasions. While the scheduling issue was being addressed, the others were not. Ultimately, this was creating a stressful experience for myself, and more importantly- my son who left screaming and very distressed after his last treatment session. Administrative issues are one thing, my son’s well-being is another and a non-negociable. We’ve had much better at the other locations before we moved and I’m confident we will be able to find a provider who better meets our needs."
