"Pretty sure this guy never ever asked how I was doing. I’m still in pain. And would spent about 15-30 minutes waiting to get into the exam room. And then the appointment face to face with the doctor lasted 1-2 minutes, and I have proof too. Didn’t really feel like I was cared for here. I feel like I deserved a little more empathetic care. And if your looking for that, don’t go here. Response: past the point of resolution. just want patients to be treated better and cared for in a compassionate setting. not a cold one."

"On the first day we spent half an hour in waiting area & then from the front staff discussed about the insurance & total amount i have to pay on front …after that i noticed that they are adding other services, injections & treatment. I double checked with staff and they committed that this is the final bill & you are good…Now got a surprise bill from them & following from last few weeks but no final answer..No coordination between staff & billing.The treatment done by doctor is even not helpful. Overall, don’t waste your time & money. Will strongly not recommend this place."

"Go somewhere else where staffs are more professional. I had to wait for my appointment for 45 minutes and then they said my appointment is 30 minutes later than I confirm in the morning. I came back home and see that my appointment card said 4 not 4.30 like they tried to tell me. That is not the first time they wasted my time either. It took me 4 calls/email to get my doctor note right. This is not include doctor discussed you one thing and did different things on the surgery day. Then they mentioned they will mail receipts for my health saving. No, you also have to call couple times to get those. So, if your time is important and want professional services. I suggest you to go somewhere else. See the proof of appointment card below that they BS you to get away."
