"I have had the pleasure of working at Brilliant Minds Learning Center for 10 months and just recently left for maternity leave. My experience has been very positive especially considering the fact that I was pregnant for the majority my employment. The way Mrs.Nikole cares for her employees and encourages a positive work environment for their sake has been unlike most employers I’ve worked under. This looked like frequently buying deserts to share in the break room, being flexible with scheduling to best suit each employees needs, holding one-on-one meetings to check in on how each employees work experience has been and how it can improve, and even boosting moral by hiring a massage therapist to come in during the work day to offer some much needed R&R. She is amiable, considerate, and committed to being the best support system for the families of the local community. During my interview, Nikole told me that unlike other daycare owners, she didn’t see these children as walking dollar signs, but as real people. Anyone can say that, but she has proven that statement to be true day in and day out by all her sweet interactions with the infants and toddlers and by the way she continually seeks ways to motivate excellence out of her staff for the sake of the children. It is well known how hard it is to find a good day care. Both from the families perspective and the employees perspective. Brilliant Minds Learning Center easily stands out far beyond the rest."

My son started attending Brilliant minds at 2 1/2 months and of course I was nervous with him being so small but Ms. Nikole and all her staff have taken all my worries away.
