"Such a lovely location for visiting downtown. Love walking from the Lodge along Woods Creek trail and heading back into town for a coffee. John is so helpful with planning your day due to his knowledge of the area. Well, after all, he was born in Lexington. After a good night's sleep in such a comfortable room, you are welcomed to a good and filling home-cooked breakfast. Breakfast is a good time to meet other guests and share stories of places to visit and things to do."

"John was a phenomenal host. From the moment we arrived until our departure, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He gave wonderful recommendations for things to do around town and had several menus available so we could see the options for dining nearby. Thanks for everything!"

"I needed a place to stay for a weekend in Lexington and decided to pick the Lodge. I am more than happy with my choice. John was welcoming and friendly, as well as very informative. Times were adjustable, and he did not mind us coming back into the lodge later at night. Breakfast was also wonderful, and the Omelets exceeded my expectations. Parking is very open and convenient, and the lodge's location makes it very easy to navigate around Lexington. I am very thankful for my stay at Llewllyn Lodge and will certainly look to stay here again next time I am in the area."

"What a wonderful weekend get away. Our host, John wears many hats: Amazing Chef, A Most Proficient Inn Keeper, and Exceeds a Wealth of Local Knowledge. Our room was spacious, filled with lovely antiques and furnishings, and extremely clean. Our host has thought of everything to meet a guests needs. We hope to return in the fall, I look forward to John's Omelets and Poppy Seed Muffins!!! Thank you John for a most memorable vacation!!!"

"My wife and I were in Lexington for a wedding nearby and spent 2 nights at Llewellyn Lodge. It is located just minutes (easy walk) from downtown Lexington. Our room was Very comfortable and spacious. John provided water and snacks in our room which was a really nice touch. The breakfasts each morning were fantastic! We are frequent travelers staying both @ hotels and B&B's. John's breakfast and hospitatility were memorable for us. He directed us to various attractions and dinning options which all turned out to be wonderful. Also of note was how quiet Llewellyn Lodge is for guests who enjoy some peace and tranquility. If you are looking for a B&B within walking distance of downtown, wants a great breakfast/room and a Host that really knows the area, I would strongly recommend Llewellyn Lodge."
