"I have never stayed here however I am by this location often. It is so sad that this cute little hotel is so run down and disgusting on the outside. It has so much potential if it were completely updated and properly ran. Broke down vehicles and shopping carts litter the place, the WELCOME sign all weathered and torn. I assume those that stay here are tenants rather than nightly guests."
"Weekly rates $250 Monthly $900. Rooms are fair You might wanna just clean yourself if u are staying weekly. Not a bad place if you can't find Housing right away. Staff are friendly and helpful.. Cheap but Desent nightly rooms as well."
"I was only visiting a friend who was basically living at the Budget Inn as an extended stay guest. The rooms are ok I would say but the people out sude on the sidewalks and in front of their rooms were loud and the language was not suitable for the majority i would think. So. Not something i would choose for a vacation spot. Or really even for an overnite stay. Not suitable for children"
"Rooms are dirty, dingy, old, outdated, stinky, have bugs, but good size. The prices are cheap, but u get what you pay for. The owners are nosey, the parking lot is rough, the junk store in front of budget makes it look even trashier"
"This place is a JOKE! Its the BUGGET motel and its ran by people that have NO CLUE what they are doing!! They steal people things and talk about each tenant with whoever their "friend of the day" is. They charge each person a different amount of rent, their underage children are in the office running the place more than the so called manager because she would rather sleep! The kids even the 2year old cusses everyone that comes thru the door. The teenage boy makes VERY inappropriate comments to the tenants and anyone else who walks thru the door! This place needs to find new management that knows what they are doing these people are RIDICULOUS!!!!!! The rooms have roaches crawling up the yellow walls and the carpets so dirty your socks will be black after walking across them! I hate that i even have to give this place 1 star and the only people that rated this place 5stars are the buggets running it!!!"
