"We stayed one night here. I don’t read anywhere that the place was under renovation. The 3rd and 4th floors have been completed and the first and second are being worked on right now. I was very surprised at the lack of space in our double queen room. One bed is only accessible from one side. The shower was tiny and you have to move the shower head toward the wall or turn it off in order to soap up. They have a shampoo and conditioner bottle in the shower but it’s terrible stuff. The beds were very comfy and the towels were pretty soft. While the room appears nice and clean, there is zero room to move around and get in/out of the beds. The one bed that is accessible from both sides has a wall next to it for the first two feet by the head. We were given a sheet of paper to order our breakfast preferences. I appreciate the choices and it pretty good. We had to heat up foods ourselves but it was a good breakfast. Overall, still a decent stay in a tiny room. We walked in to the hotel to see a sweet lady sitting in chair at a folding table with the flooring all torn up. She said it would be a few months likely for everything to be complete. Everyone we encountered was very helpful. We would not stay here again because there is no room for both parents to put something on a surface near the bed (cpap machine and medication)."

"Lobby is under renovation, rooms have been recently renovated and very nice we stayed on 4th floor. Very convenient to 81. Railroad tracks across street and heard 2 trains but not super loud no horn. My second time staying here in past 10 years. Staff very friendly."

"I had a great experience staying here as I was able to check in early as the staff was great! Placed in a convenient spot close to the Shenandoah National Park! Lots of good food options close by as well! The rooms were really comfortable and very clean! I highly recommend if you’re staying in the area!"

"Very comfortable beds. Nice looking room. Clean. The bathroom had an odd layout with no place to hang a towel or set out your toiletries. But, it was clean and that counts high on my list."

"Great location, amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I can’t give enough thanks for how nice staff was from giving our dog treats and a toy upon check in to just saying hi in the hallway to being friendly and accommodating at breakfast. Everyone seemed like they were happy to work there."
