"Not real impressed with the person who answered the phone. Trying to make arrangements for my dog because we are going to be out of the country and my dad will be caring for him. They were not interested in who I was or who my dogs vet was, just told me they would figure it out for if there was an emergency. Ummmm……what is the word? Proactive? Yeah, that’s it. Trying to be proactive so if there was an emergency people are not scrambling. Shaking my head."
