"I used to frequent this office when I was younger, however I hadn't been in in years until today for a respiratory infection. I was surprised to hear they didn't accept walk ins anymore. I'm confused as to how sick people are supposed to wait for an appointment which could take days to come around? Perhaps they specialize in other care now, I don't know. What I do know is that the service was horrible. I was told in would be an hour wait since I didn't have an appointment, so I said, "that's okay, I'll go somewhere else." Well, I guess in not wanting to lose a patient, the first nurse asked me to fill out the paperwork and she'd try to get me in sooner, so I stayed. I ended up waiting for over an hour anyway, even though there was only about 2 or 3 other patients being divided between at least 2 doctors. Meanwhile, I could hear all of the assistants, nurses and receptionists just expressing horrible attitudes. I thought, "this is how you treat sick people?" Well, the doctor was nice. Enough said. When I went out to pay, the receptionist insisted I owed some miniscule amount of money from years before. When I expressed my confusion about the nonsensical details on the bill, she spoke to me like I was some degenerate who just didn't want to pay up. I had legit concerns about the money I supposedly owed, but she was nowhere near helpful. She was rude and made me feel like a huge bother. Again, this is how you treat your clients/patients while they're sick? Wow. Never again."
