"I love the convenience and speedy feedback from the radiologist. But I will think twice about returning here after the rough and painful treatment I received from my imaging tech on my last visit. She left me bruised and sore to the touch near my sternum (I’ve never had that experience l before) and she roughly positioned me, compromising an old spinal injury in the process. When I voiced my discomfort, she dismissed it and offered no apology. Unacceptable."

"I scheduled an appointment for a mammogram. I was advise to have a doctor's order. I took time from work to do so at my primary care doctor. Then I did the pre-registration on line and advised that I have minor pain. I then was told on the day of my appointment that they cannot help me. I had to do a diagnostic mammogram that they dont do in that office. I feel that they wasted my time. If they was an issue with my pre-registration information they should have called me or emailed me instead of waiting for me to arrive to advise me. They told me that only they location in Fredericksburg can assist me. So now I have to take more time from work in additiona to pay more gas to be seing at they other location another day. Very inconvenient and poor service."

"Not the same caliber as Mary Washington location. Receptionist Michele needs customer service training. She does not have the right disposition for her position. She is not welcoming, friendly or helpful. This is my second visit, the first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Nope, she is just a bad ambassador to have at the front desk, and sets a negative tone and energy in this office. Over all, it feels like a cheaper more tacky version of Fredericksburg location with bad management. In Fredericksburg every one is friendly, helpful, respectful and kind, they give you a card with all their names and treat you with dignity and caring. In Fredericksburg, they welcome and solicit your feedback, with the goal of true quality service. When the tech had to bang on the 3D mammogram machine during the screening to get it to move, confidence was lost in the quality of service. I will make the trip to Fredericksburg, where customer service and quality matter. What in the world is going on up in Stafford?"
