"As I’m currently arguing with the MA in the office, this place is so poorly ran. There’s only two nurses here in which I can say are great. I just watched two people get refused service myself included when I had an appointment to be seen."

"I brought my son in for an earwax removal, the NP sprayed hot water in his ears nothing came out he said my son has too much earwax buildup he refused to remove them manually."

"Clinic has been awful since Lauren left. Today was the last time ever for us. 1 sign in kiosk. A person who takes forever signing in can cause you to not be able to sign in even if you are checked in online and pre-registered with an appointment. Then the cna will decline you being seen. 2 minutes late due to occupied sign in kiosk!! Even though we checked in online 90 minutes before the appt. Not to mention no one else was there accept for the gentleman in front of us who was still...15 minutes later occupying the only kiosk. They refused him as well. Literally no one else in the waiting area. I understand medical professionals are exhausted and overworked. But to be talked to like that and refused service even after doing everything we did to register on time is unacceptable. Also to refused the man in front of us because the kiosk machine was having issues was very wrong."

"Great minute clinic docs, but the pharmacy women ruined that. Perhaps they're stretched too thin? Or overworked? No excuse for rudeness and neglect. "In general I've had wonderful experiences at CVS Minute Clinics. I do recommend other locations and other NPs. However, I do NOT recommend going to this clinic. I saw Yaa Serwaah today. If she's there I recommend walking out. Okay, maybe you should run out. Her bedside manner is downright nasty and indifferent. There was no one there and she made me wait 10 minutes while she had a drink (I understand a break, but be professional and close the door until you're ready to take customers, don't lie and tell them the computer didn't have them listed yet when I could see my name clearly on the wait list). When doing a throat swab for strep she scratched my throat. I could talk without a problem before I went in and had discomfort, but no pain. Now I'm in so much pain it has me furious. It feels like a scratch on the back of my throat, which doesn't surprise me considering how rough she was (I almost threw up she pressed on my throat so hard) and how she acted afterwards. I was wondering why she offered me a lidocaine gargle when I told her my throat was sore but not painful."
