"This place is amazing. Me and my wife have experience with over 5 hospitals between Richmond and Annapolis. I am not qualified to know if the staff is doing the wright thing... They all know more than me. What I am qualified to say is that there is a level of consistency among all 10 or 11 professionals that provided treatment to me. Every professional knew and understood what was happening, where I was in my treatment, how to address their aspect of the treatment, and they did exactly that. Every one of the staff members were patient, professional, and overall - Outstanding. Thank you to Dr. D'Addio, Dr. Lahar, Dr. Iwunze, Marjorie, Christine, and every who helped."

"Horrible. I delivered my baby here and they force you into intervention to bill you, and will try to rush your delivery. I have birth trauma from this hospital. Their anesthesiologist did a poor job. The lactation consultant talked to me for 3 minutes from the doorway. They incorrectly apply your payments and then pocket the money when you're due for a refund. After my experience here, I am afraid to have any more children. PLEASE go somewhere else."

"HORRIBLE ER. The PA that was assigned to me did a terrible job and it was obvious once I read the notes at home. She wrote on her notes that the onset of my pain was 2 days ago (when I told her 2 hours ago). She wrote that I was not in distress (because she only saw me after I was given morphine) -- while I spent almost 2 hours waiting for care in the lobby, groaning & screaming in pain. There were only 2 other patients in the lobby - not busy at all. She sent me home saying they didn't know what the pain was caused by and told me to take motrin. When I reviewed the CT scan notes myself and with my OB, it was written that the CT scan found an ovarian cyst & a ruptured cyst (with fluid in my pelvis). The PA obviously didn't even read the report. Horrible care."

"UPDATE: 5 days later I started having symptoms of COVID 19, then tested positive a few days later. Since I don’t work, I assume I caught it from this ER visit. My whole family of 7 tested positive, too. Yes, all 5 of my kids got very sick. Thankfully we all survived. Sad to think this ER visit was resolved in less than 30 minutes yet they had me wait 5 hours. 5 hours in the ER lobby yesterday, there were a lot of people, and not ONCE did any surfaces get sanitized. No chairs, not the reception desk, not the kiosks, not the door buttons that everyone touched, nothing was wiped down a single time. A lady sitting behind me came in for a fever and a cough. She sat among us for 3 hours, then never sanitized her seat! Sure my case was not life threatening, but I’m a prime example of someone going into the ER for a reason that could have left quickly but instead they end up catching some deadly thing from the lack of sanitization and lack of a capacity to be able to get the quick cases OUT of there. Many hospitals have a area for cases that are easily treated to not use up an entire bed/room. Not this one."
