"My mother had surgery here about two weeks ago, and it was an awesome experience. I felt nervous, but the team/staff that took care of her was pleasant and friendly, and any concerns she had or I had about the procedure they took the time to address. My mother was also well cared for after the procedure, the nurses even signed a card for her in her after-care package! This was a pleasant experience and I'm so thankful for the team that took care of my mother. I pray that others who come here have the same experience we had."

"I love love love Bon Secours! Staff are shockingly kind and welcoming which is sad that it's not common in many hospitals. The nice nurse/receptionist offered me a blanket when she thought I was chilly on a cold morning. It was her kind attitude that caught my attention. I came here to do surgery yesterday and everyone there made me feel at home. May God bless this place. I encourage y'all to keep up the atmosphere!"

"The Anesthesiologists are unprofessional, make last minute major decisions and lie to your face. I highly suggest you find a different surgery center. The other people might be great but you cant have surgery with out an anesthesiologist and I dont think you can trust the ones here."

"My demon enemies always seem to find me there. Once more of the harassing treatment and I'll call 911. Mandatory jail time for harassment is 1 1/2 years in jail. I'll visit you weekly to remind you of why you are there."

"I went to Dr last wed. . Seven days later I have been trying to reach them for 7 days straight. We have left messages. The nurse said she would leave sticky note on desk for Lisa so she will call. Nothing . I was told last wed. Not to eat solids just drink protein drinks and we will let you know by the next day when your surgery will be. For sure in the month of May. While you are there they are wonderful. You feel in great hands but now have no idea when surgery is worse thing the anxiety of what in the world is going on. We have called over 30 times . Please let us know what is going on. Got my whole church praying. Not knowing is terrible."
