"I have never experienced such a bad customer service experience like the one I had at Costco in Midlothian. Kelvin at the door felt the need to be disrespectful over stupid bananas. Apparently the cashier did not ring the bananas and Kelvin decided to humiliate my family saying that we had 21 items and only paid for 20. They charge me a coffee twice thinking that the item missing was the coffee and after reviewing the receipt we realized it was a $2 BANANAS. Then Kelvin has the audacity to pass by and say “like I said it’s 21 items” and walked out. As if we didn’t had spent over $200 at Costco, trust me $2 would had been nothing. Left the bananas and walked out embarrassed at the scene at Costco. People go to Sam’s and ring up yourselves to avoid humiliation"

"Excelente place for delivery. Delivery #313213695 can be verified by (Costco team) not fake. Two ladies took care of me. They are so professionals, kind, and very supportive. I overnighted near the wall beside the docks. At 4:30am went to receiving and it was lot to do, but the fork lift op, she was so incredibly agile, easygoing, authentic... love her! Thank you ladies, I do appreciate your hardworking style."

"This store does not offer delivery. I did not know that when I paid $60 for a membership. I am a disabled veteran in my 60s who does not drive. I cannot get to this store. After speaking to multiple people during multiple phone calls, I was told I could get a refund on the cost of the membership. When my sister came into town and drove me to that store, they reneged on their promise to issue me a refund. That's SIXTY DOLLARS down the drain. The one time I tried to get a delivery from a store across town, they wouldn't even book a time slot for me! "I want my $60!" (said like the paperboy in "Better Off Dead")."

"Costco where did all the good and respectful employees go???? Today my parents had a terrible experience at this Costco location. Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Due to a payment on my parents membership card that Costco didn’t processed, the cashier stopped my parents and send them over to customer service. The issue was solved but when my parents return to the register to pay for their stuff. The Rude cashier Jasmine return their stuff back to the shelves. And not to mention my parents only stood like 15 minutes at customer service trying to fix an issue that clearly is was Costco’s fault. But whatever, we’re not coming back to this location. You’ll need to do better, customer should be your top priority. AND TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY."
