"Wow is all I can say. I have never had such a bad experience returning something. I bought a cartridge battery. When I got home and went to charge the pen the charger just flashed green to red. I have had issues with these batteries before. I decided 20mim after purchase that I would have future problems, so I took the pen battery back. The guy refused to return my money. He said it was fine, so I asked him to hook it to a charger. He took the pen back to the back room, and returned to say it works fine. I said you cannot take it in the back room then tell l me it works. I asked him to bring nag out the charger so we could both see the problem. He absolutely refused to bring out the charger, so it makes mme believe he knew it was not working, and didn’t d not want to return my money. Terrible experience. Go to Burnout across the street. Much better store."
"Do NOT buy from this location....i bought 3 " puff bars" 1 strawberry and 2 lush ice....strawberry was fine...but lush ice packaging was weird and the first one absolutely didn't work....I walked back in and he switched the product out...the second one hit MAYBE 15-20 times and failed...I went back and they told me it's been too long....once I inspected the Second puff bar it also didn't work....these fools are ripping ppl off wherever they can...yes they got good deals on certain items....only cause they are ripping ppl off and scamming ppl on other products...DO NOT SHOP HERE!"
