"You don't get auto enrolled into the next class you have to resign up and its first come first server. So you risk losing the date and time you like. They also keep charging $50 registration fees, on top of a $177 class. So classes are really $227. Also they will not let your child make up a class. So if you have an emergency or if your class falls on say Halloween, you're out the price of a class."

"I 100% disagree with ROG response to handling upfront money that I have paid for a class that was cancelled due to COVID. The have only given families ONE option: enroll from June 8 – July 25th. No credits will overflow into the fall schedules. ROG has not responded to my emails or messages asking to discuss this matter. I’m not asking for a refund; I don’t feel comfortable sending my child until there’s more certainty. As a family, we had other obligations this summer; we only enroll our kids in extracurriculars during the school year. This is the way my family budget is set. I understand nothing is perfect; however, they should have a better understanding. I asked how they would rectify this issue... NO response. I wanted to at least have a conversation about possible options. Ideally I’d prefer to send my child back during the school year – assuming everything is moving forward. Again, I’m not asking for a refund, I just want more time to decide what best for my family. It’s very unprofessional for them to tell us what we have to do and if you can’t it’s my loss! I've paid for a service, the servicer changed the agreed service date and then refused to give options for a future class. I don’t wish ill on them or to see them tank... just wanted them to be fair."
