"This place is wonderful!! This was the store that I bought my first vape from and they are above and beyond helpful and welcoming. I recently had a horrible experience when I purchased a vaporesso device from a shop in my town, Appomattox. The device was a replica of the original that I first bought from Maddie at this location and was an emergency replacement because I had damaged my original. The device NEVER worked properly and the owner of the place that I purchased it from REFUSED to replace it so when I was in Lynchburg today I stopped by to purchase another one and Maddie was working. In casual conversation I mentioned to her what had happened and she offered to do a warranty claim on the device I purchased AT A DIFFERENT STORE!!! I was blown away. I was fully prepared to just pay the price of the new one as well as stock up on salts and pods so this was a very pleasant surprise! She went above and beyond by offering to warranty the device. She could have never mentioned it and I wouldn’t have known any different and still been a happy customer. Way to go Maddie!! You are amazing! ❤️❤️"
