"Stopped in for the first time last week and enjoyed a great cigar. The owners and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was offered a cup of coffee while I smoked and enjoyed great conversation with the staff and other customers that were there at the time. Wonderful atmosphere and I look forward to stopping by again soon! Highly recommend this awesome place, it’s sad I can only give it 5 stars!"

"I have not had the pleasure of coming to the store itself. But I have ordered online from Milan and have found them to be a great tobacconist to work with. The turnaround from ordering is within a week at most, and the packaging is always great to protect both pipes and tobacco. The house blends I have tried are fantastic and will be back for more."
"This is a wonderful local tobacconist in Roanoke, VA. Huge cigar selection, perfect humidity in the humidor, have never had a cigar that’s dried out or splits. The cigars I selected were hits at our 4th of July gathering! I’m a pipe smoker as well and they have a great selection of pipes and pipe tobacco as well as accessories (lighters etc.). The house-blended tobaccos I’ve tried from them are all fantastic. David and Renee are kind and helpful and it’s an amazing experience every time I visit. I will be frequenting Milan’s often whenever I’m in the Roanoke area!"
