"The person that helped me was an older woman with blonde/brown hair. She was very rude and complained about other costumers while helping me. When I arrived in the store she got on the phone and loudly complained about her doordash delivery while behind the counter. She also told me that achieving the platinum blonde i wanted was impossible with the items that they sold in the store. I ended up being able to dye my hair bright platinum blonde from the products that I bought, so i believe she is very uneducated on what the store sells. She talked down to me and other costumers in the store. I just believe this job is not for her if she is so impatient and most importantly gives false information on the products sold."

"I had the best experience in here! Took my sister and a friend to get some bleach/dye and both Cassandra and Shavon were incredible! They're super knowledgeable and were so kind when it came to questions about different brands and gave lovely recommendations. I've been to so many beauty stores around the east coast and these two workers alone made me feel so safe and comfortable shopping and wouldn't make any of us feel bad if we didn't understand something or didn't take their recommendation. Definitely going to be getting my hair products here from now on :)"

"This Sally's is the worst ... Don't waste your time or money here. Many friends have told me to stop going here but I didnt listen out of convenience. Clippers I bought broke in days and no refund given, walked around for almost an hour with no help offered, and finally when you ask for help, you get rudeness. I asked to speak to a manager and attendant refused to get the manager. I was like you know what. Forget it ... I will NEVER walk back in and I am known for spending hundreds of dollars at a time there. They really should go ahead and close this one down... or change the staff and maybe service will improve and business will be better again? ... Ugly personalities make for awful customer service ..."
