"MyVet was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. They were able to see Bruce within 30 minutes of my call and spent time talking with me about not only his immediate concerning symptoms but unrelated questions and concerns I have had. Dr. Kelley was kind to me and to Bruce I could tell he has passion for his profession. He offered over the counter solutions and wasn’t trying to push unnecessary expensive meds on us and he said he would add notes for a prescription fill should we decide we needed it or if symptoms worsened rather than have us come in and pay for an additional exam. WOW. I did not get the names of the other employees but all of them were also wonderful. The young woman at the desk was efficient professional and kind, there was another nice young lady that emerged just to say hi to Bruce and a third young woman that came from the back while clearly eating her lunch to assist with the new payment system. She wasn’t disturbed or irritated just helpful and positive. What a gem this spot is! I’m sure the word will get out soon how great it is and the wait times will increase. I’ll be happy for them regardless because they are just so wonderful I hope they are successful. This is my Breathy Bruce and how he greets me every morning. We are big fans of MyVet on grassfield parkway ❤️"
