"Justin at the front desk was awesome. The other female he was working with had an off-putting affect. She didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence, just frowned when I greeted her and continued with the customer in front of her until Justin stepped out. She suggested that my dog was senile when I explained that he was extremely fatigued since he had been barking for the entirety of my absence while I was at work. No, ma'am you wish that he were!!! Fortunately, my dog didn't require treatment."

"I started bringing my dog here in 2020 when he was 3 months and had no issues. Now it has completely ruined any positive interaction I have ever had if there was one. I was met with rude and uncaring remarks at the front. Then drop off appointments, might seem great but save all your time and money. It took them 7+ hours to administer two shots and I still had to go in multiple times and call multiple times to ask when my dog would be done. Even with calls or asking for updates there would still be excuses for why the dog might not be finished. This has happened on a couple occasions now and I will not be returning. do not even try to go for your own sanity."

"Folks are kind and service is fine but not a fan of the drop off system. My dog is not a car getting dropped off at the mechanic. I don’t know how anyone can feel good about leaving their dog to be stuck alone in a crate for 5-6 hours listening to other pets howl and scream."

"I’ve had a Banfield wellness plan for a long time and find it to be extremely helpful. I have always been able to contact Banfield and get an appointment easily for my Shih Tzu. While yes your dog is there all day, I trust in the time it takes to thoroughly examine, run test, etc. I love the app where 24/7 you can chat with a vet if needed. I’ve used it successfully. You can tell the doctors care! We’ve always been able to resolve what my dog may have come in for."
