"Moe Kitty has been to several vet offices as I have moved. I don't hesitate to say we've been the happiest w/ SPAH. They do things differently: 1. good about providing prompt access to care for a sick animal. 2. excellent communication between front desk team, vet techs, DVM, and client. 3. they are willing to send prescriptions to 3rd parties if preferred (Chewy, etc) 4. easy to reach. 5. perform exams in the room w/ you and facilitate your pet staying w/ you as much as possible. He has seen Dr. Wigley several times and they were all great experiences. He's upbeat and down to earth; solicited a good history, thorough exam and explanation of diagnosis, offered considerations for multiple treatment and evaluation options- from more conservative to aggressive, both traditional and supplements. Dr. Wigley CALLED ME HIMSELF to review the test results and again to answer a question I forgot to ask during the visit. That's better than we often get in healthcare for humans! The front desk team called to check on Moe's progress. :) Last but not least, the 2 vet techs we've meet working w/ him have been knowledgeable, friendly, very transparent about any issues with tests and procedures, and kind and gentle to Moe. They are also willing to draw labs in the room w/ you. THANK YOU ALL! -Moe and his furents"
