"The teachers are caring, loving experienced educators. They engage the students in a form of learning by play. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Phone calls are returned promptly in the rare occasion that they go to voicemail; they usually pick up by the first or second ring. Bob, the owner, is friendly and knows each child by name. He is on site daily and his participatory style of operating the school makes things run smoothly. The facility is immaculately clean inside and out. My grandson loved it there and still misses his teachers but was well prepared for kindergarten upon graduation."
"If you are looking for a safe, clean, and caring environment for your child, look no further! The Goddard School has the best childcare program on the Peninsula. The Director and teachers are all friendly and patient with the kids and parents. My daughter enjoys going to school every day and within a year, I have seen her excel in her language, cognitive, and motor skills. She loves to read, play, sing and dance with her friends and teachers. Since the first day I walked into the Goddard School, I knew it was going to be the best place for my daughter. A year has passed and the school continues to provide exceptional care and lives up to high quality standards. "My son started at the Goddard School in Yorktown when he was 8 weeks old while I finished my doctoral dissertation. From the first day we visited, to his first day at school, to now more than a year later my son has loved and excelled being at Goddard. All of the teachers have been welcoming and helpful. The staff is conscious about all of the kids and create an environment where learning and fun go together. My sons verbal and physical skills have been and continue to be advanced for his age and we attribute this to the wonderful environment at Goddard.
