"We had such a good time having my bday party at the Clubhouse. There was plenty of room and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen facility had everything we needed to prepare our food. The rental process was easy and everyone was pleasant to work with. I would have a party there again and definitely tell others about it."
"We celebrated our wedding and reception here. Extremely affordable and lowest in the area. Great space. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prep, prepare, and store food. For an additional low cost fee we were able to come in the evening before to set up. Best experience ever. Mrs. Vicki was phenomenal!!! She made the process very easy and is very compassionate. The facility was very clean, and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this gem for anyone planning any type of occasion. You will not be disappointed."
"Went for a friends retirement & birthday party. Yes it was hot out, but this IS VA!!! The AC was acceptable until people showed up. Before the party even started, probably half the people were there, WAY below capacity, and the AC was like it was on heat! I saw numerous people looking at the thermostat through the night, but when they walked away, I checked if they changed the settings and fixed it. I set it at 72 since it's in a hallway, not where the people are, and fan on constantly. It was comfortable if you were directly under a vent, but then more people came (total 70) and it wasn't even acceptable under a vent then!!! Mostly good, but if the AC isn't the right setup, I hate to think about winter!!! Side note, at the beginning of the party it was only 85° outside, when I left it was 80° and the inside temp never got below 84!!! GREAT PARTY PLACE???"
