"THEY, canceled our show! Attendant scanned our QR code, told us which theatre, but it was the wrong movie. After requiring a supervisor to investigate we find the show was canceled. You’d think the person scanning the code would have known. No email in advance to inform us before we arrived. After making dinner reservations and plans with another couple to join us. The entire evening revolved around this 2 hour movie. Additionally, we wasted another 30 minutes standing in line to spend nearly $60 for two popcorn’s and 4 drinks. It just really befuddled me that it took ten minutes of investigation by a supervisor to figure out what movies were playing on a Saturday evening two weeks before Christmas. And why did a new release movie get cancelled? Because the theater needed the space for another event. I guess they didn’t know of the event just 24 hours before we bought the tickets online. We don’t go to movies often because of prices and it’s really just unnecessary but, occasionally it seems like a nice treat. Hmm, won’t make that mistake again. Yes, the supervisor refunded everything and apologized. I just don’t understand why we were not notified earlier by email or how it didn’t raise a red flag when our QR code was scanned. What a poorly run theater! And Regal should have better oversight of its operations."

"Great place to watch an action movie. Seats are comfortable and could specific seats when buying tickets. Lot of parking area and closer to major road. The theater is clean as well as restrooms."

"This used to be a nice theater, but post pandemic this place is really gone downhill. Here's what you need to know. Buy your tickets online or you're going to have to wait in a concession stand with everybody wanting soda and popcorn to pick out their seats, it's a terrible situation. They no longer have a box office to sell tickets. You can only enter the theater through the left hand doors the right hand doors are now sealed off. The theater is in a little bit of disrepair, there's are broken lights and neon signs that need to be replaced throughout. One of the urinals was broke and was just taped up. The staff that take tickets to let you into the theater couldn't have been more unpleasant. The positive, the picture and sound was good quality and I guess that's all that matters."
