"this review is solely for that imbecile at the counter who told me that a woman who was in the incorrect line was ahead of me even though I was standing there for a while before that woman ever appeared and told me to let her go first right before I paid then she proceeds to try to pay with a gift card for at least 3 minutes while I could have paid and left in about 10 seconds. Maybe if you were doing your job and actually at the counter you would have noticed I’d already been waiting there for several minutes"

"I feel really bad for the people working at this pharmacy. There are clearly foundational issues with their systems. 9/10 times there is an issue with the prescription I'm trying to pick up. Even when it's just a refill for a prescription I've picked up before. I receive texts when my prescription is ready, and when I show up, they can't find it, and I'm left waiting for 30 minutes to an hour for it to be filled. There are always other customers dealing with prescriptions that are not ready or can not be found. I've always used CVS for my medications, and I have never experienced this before. This location needs help. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions going forward."

"They’re running 30-45 late on injection appointments. The area to get your injection is wide open and not private, just a divider. The pharmacist administering the injection sounded sick and was coughing a lot. Store was visibly dirty. All cvs are going downhill."

"Worst pharmacy I’ve encountered. Staff are rude and unaccommodating. I arrived 5 minutes late, they said that they were closed and I respect that. I was going to request if it’s possible for the prescription to be transferred to the CVS near me and the clerk rudely closed the door. I knocked and asked if they can do it. He answered no and closed the door rudely again. I would give 0 star but had to give it a 1."

"I give them one star because I can’t give them zero. I tried to get a prescription refilled using their “convenient automated system“. 16 times I called, every time the system hung up on me. When they’re not harassing you to join “care pass“ for some ridiculous monthly fee, they’re hanging up on you."
