"I shouldn't even give your store a 1 star. Very poor service. The employees were very lazy, and rude. We went there to look at fish. No one was found in that department. We asked 2 other employees if we could get some help and they looked at us and said "not my department " but never called for anyone to help. We ended up leaving the store and oher customers were leaving as well for poor service."
"Karl did his usual awesome job trimming my ridiculously anxious dog's nails. He never gets upset with her, even if *I'm* getting annoyed."
"They overshed my dogs tail to the point of almost disfiguring. I gave feedback of my concern, asked for a refund and they said they will not accept our dog back at their location again. Before I gave feedback they said he behaved fine. After the feedback was given and refund was made they banned him from all Petcos and said it was due to behavior. Interesting how that worked out. I will be taking this to corporate."
