"Dr. Ryan and all the staff were awesome! We are part-timers in the area and have our own vet at home. Dr. Ryan was more than willing to be our local vet when we need anything while we are here. We needed to get both the boys (Cody and Tucker) vaccinated for Lyme Disease since we come to the area often. Our home vet doesn’t offer it as we don’t have issues with Lyme in our area of Texas. 5 Stars for the Riverside Veterinary Hospital! Your advertising paid off and is accurate! Thank you."
"Love Dr. Ryan and Nathan ( I believe that's his name)! Very caring people. They exhibit patience, and are very through. I was 15 minutes late due to another emergency and they were completely accommodating. The front desk was another matter entirely. They were a little curt. Even over the phone, both seemed a bit frustrated. Each time I called they put me on an immediate hold for several minutes and I was just calling to verify the address. The clinic is 15 minutes away and I got there before they got back to me on the phone. Now, when I made my appointment, I spoke to a wonderful woman who was super helpful and attentive. And another staffer called to remind me of my appointment and she was delightful as well. They were not there during my appointment and thus not the same staffers I interacted with on my appointment day. Perhaps they were stressed out that day? But their nonchalant rudeness stressed me out. Were it not for those two, Dr. Ryan would have 5 stars."
"The time frame to schedule Debo to get a cyst off of the under side of his eyelid was great. Seen on a Wednesday and surgery on Friday. He's in a good place in his recovery. Debo was well cared for and doing well. Thank you"
