"A sorry excuse of a business. I went there ten minutes to nine, they are supposed to be open until 9. I wanted to grab a small item but they locked the door at 850! There was people still in there and the worker looked me right in my face and turned her head. The employees have ZERO customer service skills, they are never welcoming, the have a sorry attitude and seem to just be there for a check however not don't their job properly. Every time I'm in there the store isn't stocked, and there are boxes sitting in the alleys sometimes two days at a time because they are too sorry to stock their shelves"
"Won't let anyone use the bathroom and even found out from a employee that they turned down a 86 year old lady yesterday to use the bathroom family dollar you need to do better because this is not right"
"Visited the store today and Kayla was the cashier and doesn't normally work there. But she is a great employee and helped me out with balloons for a birthday party with picking them out and she was very polite. Went above and beyond.very friendly and knowledgeable of her job. unfortunately dollar general down the street wasn't opened for them to fix the problem I had with them and she helped me even though the stores aren't connected best way she could.. My boy got his balloon thanks to you and had a great party thanks so much these stores need more people like you!!!"
