"Grooming Salon at the location is terrible. First time at this salon, took almost 5 hours for a trim. When I arrived was told he was aggressive by Stephanie. My dog has been groomed countless time and ive always been told the complete opposite. Same with the vets, How good he is and will let you do anything to him. While I was paying I could overhear the groomers saying how they thought I wasn't going to show up for my dog. They then rushed my dog out to me because they just wanted to leave an hour before the store closed. wasn't even done putting his collar on and the groomer was already halfway across the parking lot. This way I couldn't let her know how terrible of a job she did. Didn't even trim his paws. But they were all gone so i had to fix myself at home. Thought one bad experience shouldn't deter us using again, however I now get a message that I must call due to "previous appointment history." I see a lot of other reviews about dogs being labeled "aggressive". Only makes me think of what's going on and how the pets are being treated to cause them to become "agressive" rest of the store is fine."
"Went in this evening needing help with a new fish tank I recently got. kristal helped us and she was wonderful. She answered all my questions and gave me tons of helpful advice."
"Went here today and there were a lot of dead fish in the tanks. One of them was being eaten by the other fish, which might not be the best thing to show little kids. I also saw some dead hermit crabs and a turtle that looked dead. It's kinda sad really."
