"We have been bringing our Winston, a Sheepadoodle, to Pooches and Smooches for over a year now. We are extremely grateful for everyone at Pooches and Smooches and the care they give our Winston. The owner Stacey is so professional and extremely talented as well as her entire staff. Jessica has been grooming Winston and she has built his confidence with grooming up by her good energy and amazing skill and talent. Our Winston definitely comes home from there in great spirits and has learned to trust being around other people and other dogs. The best over all experience with my doodle, who can be dramatic! "I called over the phone and was quoted one price. When I arrived there was an overwhelming smell of bleach that I tried to ignore. I figured maybe they had just finished cleaning. When I picked up my doodle she was almost bald and I was charged $30 more than what I was quoted over the phone. Get home to see knicks on her skin from the shaver I guess. I said to myself “sometimes things happen by accident but they could have told me”. Not THIS is where I draw the line: Fast forward the next day my puppy was scratching uncontrollably. Take her to the vet thinking she’s having an allergic reaction to the shampoos they've used and the vet tells me she has fleas. My puppy is an indoor dog and does not visit any place besides a groomer and a veterinary clinic for updates on vaccines. I have had her for more than a year and never had this issue before. This place has cost me more money than I expected to put out. If they had an infected dog in there that day they should have closed down to properly clean before resuming business. I really wanted to like them because they are close to my home but now I have to go search for another grooming facility."

"Stacey and her team are so wonderful! I am definitely coming back here. I walked in with my two dogs the other day who don't love getting their nails trimmed and aren't the easiest but that didn't phase Stacey and her team! They were committed (despite my dogs being a challenge!), patient, and caring. Would highly recommend!!!"
