"I tell you what!! I agree if I could rate a negative star I most definitely would! First of all I call for an appointment and they say drop off is at 8am! No option was given for an appointment! I leave my cat at 8am, I received a call around 11:30am or so asking permission for blood work, ok sure. Hear nothing, I call them around 3pm, oh your cat is so aggressive and we cannot work on him we need to keep giving him breaks! Excuse me! My cat is not aggressive! You have left him a crate all day, frightened, of they were having trouble which I do not believe at all why wasn’t I called! I would have came and helped. Not to mention I had all the papers there with the information of the abcess before and how it was treated. I left my home and went to get Budbud my cat by 4pm! Still was not treated and they tell me again well he was so aggressive we haven’t even read his blood work yet! I demanded to have my cat back immediately! And the papers. Guess where the paperwork was on the front desk! I am so sorry but I do not believe they even bothered to look at the paperwork at all! Because if they had, even seeing other patients in between working with my cat it would not have taken ALL DAY. This is very traumatizing To my cat. Never ever again Whisker to Wags Never Ever again! In response to my review! First and foremost I WAS NOT SLAMMING DOORS, THERE ARE NO DOORS To SLAM! Your comment that you were JUST reviewing his blood panel! EXCUSE ME you at no time from 11:30 till 3 had time to review! I SAY BOLOGNA! FURTHERMORE YOU called us at around 5:30-6:00pm to explain things! YOU CONTINUALLY TALKED OVER MY HUSBAND! NOW to address the appointment time! I called to set up an appointment, AND I WAS NOT REPEAT WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT. No WONDER YOU RECEIVED A RATING OF ONE STAR, because I. Order to do a review you have to rate something!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Poor communication, unnecessary and unwarranted tests, left my dog dehydrated all day despite calling me at 10:30 am to tell me she was dehydrated, performed $471 worth of tests that all came back negative and another $200 worth of meds to treat “just in case” anything came back positive. Neglected my dog all day in their care and $600 out of pocket all for NOTHING, just to say that they didn’t know why my dog had been sick for 4 days. And THEN had the audacity to tell me to bring her back Monday if she was still sick - for what?!? They ran all tests and X-rays and are clueless as to why she’s sick - to take even more of my money?! Complete waste. Totally unprofessional staff who were rude and then talked about me when they turned the corner. If you tell a pet owner youre going to take “an xray” - that means ONE. Got charged for two. My bill kept going up and each time I questioned the reason it suddenly went back down to what I was originally told. Then when I go to pay, price went back up AGAIN and when I questioned it, it was for a no show appt that I NEVER made. That ended up being taken off when I refused to pay it. If you tell a customer that you’re going to call them “right back” when you call for an update on your pet, it shouldn’t take the customer calling YOU back an hour later. If you tell a pet owner you’re checking for a mass and then leave them on silent all day, not cool and being “too busy” isn’t an acceptable response when your customers been waiting for an update for almost 5 hours. If your pet has diarrhea for 4 days - OF COURSE theyre going to get dehydrated and OF COURSE theyre going to moan and be uncomfortable if you press on their belly. Would NOT recommend!"

"They really care about your pet. We had an exotic animal, a guinea pig, and they took very good care of him. So glad that we found this place. If you're looking for a vet, this place is it!"

"I found Whiskers and Wags after searching endlessly for over an hour for a vet that could look at my puppy who had an allergic reaction after playing outside. As a new dog mom I was freaking out because it was late in the afternoon but no one could see or they had closed for the day. Luckily someone directed me to Whiskers and Wags and they were able to see me within 10 minutes of my call to them. Not to mention they are literally 5 minutes away from my house. They have been my fur baby’s vet ever since. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend taking your fur babies here!! They will be in great hands."
