"I will never take any of my pets to that place you walk in I don't care what time of day it's nasty it reeks they took chunks of hair off my poodle. Now hair won't grow in the to area's his toenails was so short his little toenails was bleeding. it was painful for him to walk. the worst part.he came home with what the vet said was headlice !!! I called they got loud over the phone telling me that never happened iask t hem to have the owner call me they didn't I even took my poodle down there to show them and the guy was so ugly talking I left .it's not over on my end talking with someone about the situation oh they kept him locked up in a cage for hours we are talking about a 5 month old toy poodle when he got home his little body was shaking. Please be careful if you're taking your pets to that place this took place a few ago ."
"Overall they were okay. They give me 30 min to pick up my poodel if not they charge $10 for be late coming form base I barely made it."
"They did a good job with grooming my little old man here. They cut the hair around his paws perfectly. This was the first time I have seen his nails through his hair in years. His breath smelled fresh. His nails were cut. Cody didn't seem anxious when I picked him up. 10/10."
