"I went in to buy injera last week. There was in-store prepared brown injera with a note on the side “100% teff injera “. I asked the elderly woman(maybe owner) by the cash register to confirm if it’s 100% teff and she said YES without hesitation. I’ve been eating injera all my life and this injera is NOT even 50% teff. It’s a shame for that woman to LIE to sell some injera. Will never be back to that store."
