"So thankful for the staff at Cresthill. We have one of those high maintenance pups that the vet won't even board but the folks here take him in and care for him like one of their own. "I've had a great experience. I reached out for a super last minute boarding during the holidays. Thankfully they were able to accommodate me and a last minute adjustment. This was the first time i boarded my dog and was provided with all information to make her feel comfortable. When I picked up my dog she was so happy. I could tell she ate good while there, which is very telling of how she felt during her stay. My dog is very high energy and I could tell she had plenty of room to run because she was so relaxed once we got home and didn't even need a walk. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Crest hills Animal Inn will be under new management by or around October 22 2023. We will be upgrading the entire building , dog runs, and staff! We also will be allowing pit bulls and others to board and hopefully by next year have new building for boarding. We will accept guard dogs or police k9!"
"If you take your dog here you are NOT a good pet owner and shouldn’t own a pet . I took my dog there for a week it’s a jail there ..No grass nothing but an inmate. I had a $160 dog bed I had to throw away soaked in dog piss and my dog smelled so bad of urine it was unreal . The most trashy place ever . It’s very noticeable the person watching the dogs is on drugs.. Trust Pass this place !!! #Savethenextdog"
