"Save your time and don’t come here. I ordered for curbside, parked in a spot like the website said to do, checked in with the spot number, and it said “sit tight, we’ll bring your order to your car when it’s ready!” So I waited until 15 minutes past the estimated ready time, I figured maybe they were busy. Had my boyfriend go in to check and of course our order was sitting there ready to go. He asked the server if we were supposed to go in and get the order or wait in our car. She said “either one” ??? All the cold items were warm and all the hot items were room temp. I was totally willing to go in and get the order, don’t tell me you’ll bring it out if you won’t. It was such a waste of time and money."
"We go here at least 1 - 2 times a month for Friday night dinner with kids & Grandkids. Food is always good & tasty. Comes out hot no long wait. The other night there were several people running the food out as it was ready. Always service with a SMILE TOO!"

"My wife and i decided to celebrate out first dinner as a married couple, at the Winchester Chilli's HUGE MISTAKE I ordered the 6oz because the prices were $4 higher than advertised. I ordered it med rare. I got a little tiny clipping of meat that was beyond well done. My sides were served cold. Then, i sent it back untouched, and i got charged anyway. My wife got a burger, they put shredded lettuce from a salad on it instead of the regular lettuce that is used in burgers. We are now headed to tco bell after spending $40 on a terrible meal."
