"First of all, my husband and I just moved to Winchester, and we wanted to buy new couches for our living room. Since I'm new to the area, I had to look for where to go. So, I looked up Grand Home Furnishings and we decided to check it out. As soon as we entered, they opened the door for us and were very friendly. They asked if we needed help in finding something, but we just wanted to look around. They had good sales and we liked a few couches, but we were indecisive. Kalbaugh, Gwendolyn, helped us find the right one. She was very friendly and helpful. I'm sure I will go back when I need something else, and I would recommend the place.
