"Cashier asked me if I wanted to join the VIP backstage pass for 10% off my purchase, I accepted. However, the cashier did not tell me that accepting it would mean reoccurring charges on my bank account. Called customer service, cancelled it and got a refund. The cashier either chose not to tell me about the reoccurring charge or was not trained properly and didn’t inform me as they should have. Really like FYE but this is pretty scummy if this happens at other locations too."
"They try to get you to join their “free rewards program” I asked the cashier if they would retain my credit card information and they said no. I went through the sign up process and in the ToC’s it says 30 day free trial and then $11.99/mo thereafter. Liars and a scam. Beware."

"Bought a charger and was offered a "free" membership to their VIP backstage pass program to save 10% on my purchase. I decided to sign up. Little did I realize that after a month you are charged 11.99 per month and are also signed up for 3 magazines that are 50 dollar subscriptions apiece. Watch out for this predatory offer."
