"We spent $20,000 to purchase and install Impressions Denali Flooring, sold by Horizon, in the fall of 2021. By Feb 2022 we noticed splintering catching socks as we walked across. I connected with Chip Lowman with Horizon from the building supply company we purchased flooring through. That was April 2022. It took more than a year for him to provide a proposed solution - which was to credit us $1,000 towards a $6,000 repair estimate provided by a flooring specialist recommended by Horizon. Very disappointed in Horizon's unwillingness to do right by their customer and stand behind the warranty - which clearly states "Impressions will repair or replace product defects". I invite Horizon management to properly remedy the situation so we can update this post with a positive outcome."

The salesperson, the shop personnel are and has been exceptionally helpful. They carry the most specialty tools that anyone has ever seen. They do seminars on different products. Five stars just might not be enough to describe this business."

"Clearly Horizon Flooring is not interested in selling their products. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered a poly to refinish my flooring. Spoke to Chip, the manager, and he assured me he would call me once they were in. He also denied saying he would call me back in 3 minutes. Very beligerant and rude. Would NOT recommend dealing with this company. They are horrible, rude and NOT customer oriented."
