Because my employees go to buy using our commercial accounts, they are rejected, they don't take our orders, the way they serve their commercial clients is really disastrous. congratulations for being the worst place to buy (you can't talk to the store because the phone number that appears on Google is disconect)"
"Came for one item, they had 1 and the box was severely dented. I look up and there’s about 15 up in their backstock. Why leave the ONE bad one for us to buy? It obviously needs to be damaged out. Tried to find help to get it down, but couldn’t. So I had to get a cheaper version of what I wanted. Very disappointed. Take care of your product, and make sure it’s full."
"Went to the garden center today. Bought 21 bags of drainage rocks. I loaded up the rocks with my two little boys in two carts, one had a busted wheel, I pushed the two carts mostly by myself, with the boys help. Passed by 4 to 6 garden center employees and NO ONE offered to help. They just started at my 6 year old boy pushing a cart with 400 lbs of rock in it lol. Hey lowes manager, train your lazy employees to assess a situation and offer some help."
"Easy, breezy shopping experience. Found everything we were looking for. The Halloween decorations are great this year. Not crowded. Instant check out. Nice store. Update: Crowded today July 3, 2022 but got some paint and a shelf and looked at light fixtures. The one I picked out wasn't on the shelves to purchase. I'll try to find it on website. Friendly employees."
