"Went in for a gasket on a Mansfield toilet. Didn't have it on the shelf, but did have the whole assembly, which would have cost much more. Salesman did an inventory check and found it in the back. Will definitely go there again"
"A day and a half I had been trying to find an adapter for my kitchen faucet attachment. Big box stores could not help me. I was then referred to Ferguson's. They understood my dilemma and we're very compassionate in attempting to find what I needed. Unfortunately they did not have the adapter I needed but were able to find an adapter to connect my two hoses together and rectify the issue. And at the end of the day with great customer service the salesman didn't charge me for the part. Definitely will return and recommend to anyone who needs plumbing parts these guys will get the job done. Thank you"

"Beautiful showroom! Lots of options to choose from. Loved working with Teresa the showroom consultant. She went beyond for someone who showed up 10 mins before closing. Only complaint is that although yes, we arrived alittle before closing time but we own a business and we would never begin to close up while there are customers looking at products. Another thing when customers walk-in, first impression is everything...wasn’t welcomed in while there were two girls at the front desk chatting. After WE said hello, she came forward and helped us! Very nice girl. Other than that, they have great products and look for Teresa to help you out."
